Once you have your venue and vendors, you will need someone to take over and organize the timeline, floor plan, and dozens of small details that make all the difference in your special day. We will collaborate with your vendors and schedule a final walk-through of the venue, where we will discuss the event details, i.e., the timeline and what is expected from the event team. During that month, we are there to answer all of the client’s and vendor’s questions. The week of the event, we will send out everything the vendors need for a successful event: the final timeline, the production schedule, and the floor plan.
We meet with every client to tie all loose ends that will need meticulous attention: the welcome sign, the seating chart, the guestbook, the photo booth, the bar signs…
On the event day, we will be there every step of the way to ensure that deliveries are received and correct and that the staff is attending to the plans and schedule. We’ll create and manage a thorough timeline to design a stress-less event where you can focus on having fun, spending time with family and friends, and having the best day of your lives.
